General

Payment

The principal payments are by VISA, Mastercard, Debit card, money order, check and wire transfer. In the case of money order and check, the order will be processed and shipped after their clearance. IF the desire is to pay by check, it is advised to get a Cashier’s Check to avoid clearance issues with your bank.

Bank Transfers are accepted. We provide second-to-none customer service, second-to-none product delivery.

Member accounts can be easily set up for free, and are very practical for those that have close ones whom they want to assist with product orders. All that is required is for the account-holder to sign in, visit the top-up section, and insert the desired amount of funds.

The people you have authorized then input the username and password, then choose the respective account payment method, before checking out.

However, one can still do online shopping even if one does not have a member account.

Air Postage (mainly for samples) 

For Packages less than 5 kg and without large batteries, orders are delivered via registered airmail from Beijing. Orders generally take 3-5 days to ship out.

Once the products reach the desired destination, a signature is required before the product is given to the recipient. Standard air delivery does not come with real-time online tracking. However, if using EMS express, through a post office the product can be tracked.

One can track the package registration, but this will only be accessible once the product has left China, en-route to it’s destination. The package registration then gets updated once it’s arrived at the destination country. If after a period of 14 days, the recipient still has not got the package, China Post can trace the package.

Buyers will get a text message (if the user chooses this method) and/or email notification once their product has landed.

The estimated delivery period for standard air post (does not take into consideration customs clearance delays):
North America, Western Europe, Australia and Japan   = 8 – 14 days
Eastern Europe, South Asia, Middle East, Malaysia, South America = 12 – 20 days
Other regions = 15 -30 days
 
Warranties

If any defects in production are found, unless clearly stated otherwise, all products come with a 12 month standard warranty. This warranty is not valid though if the products get damaged through misuse. 

 
Return Policy

Massman International only offers returns on items directly sold through www.massmaninter.com.

If within a period of 14 days of receiving the product, for whatever reason, the product gets returned, a full refund will be provided. Each product is to be returned with the exact same accessories, and in the exact same great condition with which it initially got delivered.

Products that came with sealed accessories, must be returned with those same accessories never having been unsealed, otherwise the product will be deemed “used” and can’t be replaced or refunded. All returns will have shipping fully covered as well – sticking to our truism of “building unforgettable partnerships that will stand the test of time”. 

After 14 days of the product being in the hands of the buyer, all products will be deemed “Concluded”. All returns after that shall be rejected.

If the product arrives Dead-On-Arrival or is malfunctioning, or has defects, then the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of the product arriving. It will then be replaced by a brand new replacement, and as a bonus, the postage will be fully covered by us. However, none of the accessories to the product will get replaced. 
 
Solar products (standard air, ocean cargo)

As an Honours Graduate in Electronic Engineering, the man will be very willing to help you determine which system or components suit you the best. However, before that please do take some time to read our FAQ section, which contains a lot of simple-to-grasp information concerning solar energy basics.

Orders usually get processed within 48 hours. A period of manufacture for the products spans between 2-3 weeks generally. Please note that for solar products, at first, a deposit of 30% of the total price is to be paid, which is refundable only if the manufacturer experiences complications in product completion. Once the products have been fully manufactured and assembled, along with its accessories, you will be contacted by phone (if you choose) and/or emailed from China.

Large orders and heavy items will be shipped via ship freight service.

Regarding canceling orders- it’s imperative that you call +86 1343 939 96727 as soon as possible. Our policy is such that any processed order cancelled prior to shipment is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% the product’s FOB price.

For all orders, you will receive an email of your order to approve the shipping charges. Once you approve the cost with charges, we will request payment via Paypal, wired transfer (bank transfers as well). Just leave a note in your email response with regards to your preferred payment method.
 
Returns policy

Products must be in the same brilliant condition and packaged in the manufacturer’s carton with all matching hardware and documentation if they are to be returned. These products are to be returned within 21 days of delivery ,if airfreight was used,, and 35 days, if product used sea freight, with freight already paid by the customers, and insured by the carrier you have chosen. 

20% of the freight charges will be refunded, unless an error was made by Massman International in air postage or shipping. In such an instance, contact can be made by the buyer to obtain a higher refund charge.

Warranty

The solar modules themselves have a very long warranty, covering over 15 years on average, but the accompanying hardware, such as batteries, charge controllers, inverters and the power boxes, are covered by a 12 months warranty. The policy they follow is exactly the same as for the electronic products. Please refer to that section for more detail.

Returns for installed and/or refurbished systems, or for products that the recipient has held onto for more than 30 days since time of delivery, will be rejected.

The cost of replacing any missing hardware will be deducted from the refund.  

On the other hand, we do recommend all of our customers to thoroughly inspect any of the packages they receive for damage. Due to the fact that these solar products are of a fragile nature, we spend quality time packaging and inspecting the ships, to ensure they leave Chinese shores in pristine condition.

A damage claim will then be filed by us to the shipper, and a replacement will be sent through as soon as possible. All of the shipping and handling fees will be covered by us (hand-in-hand with those responsible for shipping) in such a situation.
