Introduction

We supply systems suitable for both Off-Grid and Grid-tied setup.

The Grid-tied systems generally are without batteries, thus are significantly cheaper and less cumbersome than the off-grid systems. These systems require that the user purchase an electric meter (which we do not supply) for net metering, so that you can sell your power back to the company whenever you produce more solar energy than is being used.

We, through our OEM, provide low cost kits that are suitable for both grid-tied and off-grid power. In urban areas in Zimbabwe and many other parts of Africa, these systems work as totally reliable backup power whenever the frequent, unpredictable power cuts occur.

The kits we provide are both DC and AC, and contain most of the essential components for the standard installation process.

For Grid-tied systems, there is both the normal grid-tied system, and the "backup power" grid-tied system…

In addition to this, our factory has recently produced various exciting, practical and innovative solar appliances that are easy to move about with and very user-friendly, such as torches, bags and camping lamps.

The AC off-grid system consists of solar panels, DC-AC inverters, circuit breakers, batteries, battery interconnects, charge controllers, battery backup bank, whereas the DC system involves the same equipment as above bar the inverters. We supply the majority of these accessories. For more detail on these systems, please check the FAQ section.

Off-grid systems can exclusively operate off only DC power, which saves a considerable amount by excluding the inverter, and also insuring less loss of power which occurs during DC to AC conversion.

For people who are in remote areas, installing utility grid-power is expensive and impractical, and setting up other forms of power generation (gas-generators, windmills) is generally not convenient due to several factors (hilly terrain, climate, rising fuel costs).
