The company was established in 2004 by Eng Manassa Masamha, for sending second-hand tyres along with various solar and electronic appliances to get sold in his home country Zimbabwe. In 2006, he got into contact with a young electronic engineer, visiting his town on a business trip from China. He got informed of the great relationships the engineer had established with a few factories in North China, and the vast potential for success if a division of his company were to be set up to  carefully monitor the manufacture, service, payments and shipping of the products to the intended customers.

  The following month, The young engineer set up partnerships with 3 other people;

·         a ACCA qualified accountant based in the United Kingdom,  and

·         a Chinese-English translator, with over 3 years experience in engineering research

to set up what has proved to be a remarkably successful trading firm..
