Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Why does it generally take 8 days for the product to be delivered?
The suppliers of these products are based in provincial China, and in these areas, international delivery methods for the products are not reliable. As a result of this, Massman has to actually purchase these products then transport them to Beijing, from where they then get posted to the respective customer.

2. How does the warranty work out for the vehicles?
The company that produces them, GWM, has not yet set up a warranty system for its vehicles. However, in South Africa, Russia, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and some places in the Americas, there are dealierships where high quality car service occurs. To compensate for the fact that these vehicles do not come with a warranty, all of them get sent to the customer with a complete set of spare parts, at NO EXTRA COST.

3. What is the shipping period for the vehicles?
Not explicity mentioned in the "Related Car Expenses" section, the shipping period obviously depends on where the vehicles are being sold. For Zimbabwe, the period is about 5 weeks, and this is the same for most spots in Africa, the Americas, and spots in Eastern Asia. Obviously these are all places in which GWM vehicles meet official regulations and standards.

4. Are the quality of the vehicles up to standard for First World markets???
Besides the information shown on this website, for more evidence, there are a couple of links we can refer you to for proof of the quality of the car products....
